Nivia took what could have been a stressful situation and made it easy. She sold our home in less than 24 hours! Great at estimating the price point, we made an excellent on our home, yet it sold quickly.

We actually moved and left town before we put our home up for sale. Coordinating signing documents with a notary was straightforward, but only because of Nivia. She would let us know any time something was emailed and needed to be signed. She was available any time to answer questions about the paperwork. When we were closing, the title company asked me to sign papers ASAP, they said I needed to do it that day. My husband and I both work full time! There was no way it could happen. One quick phone call to Nivia, and she took care of it so we could coordinate a day later in the week where we could both get time to meet in person with the notary to sign.
